I tried the cold smoked cheddar cheese with a maple whiskey glaze. It turned out a little messy, but it was delish. Also it is a fun project for cold night.

Joe Beef is probably one of Canada's best restaurants, and the Art of Living According to Joe Beef is its manifesto.

If you're a vegetarian or like to prepare your food using lab equipment then this book is probably not for you. But if you like meat and plaid flannel, you'll enjoy this title.

Not surprisingly, Joe Beef's art of living includes a ton of meat. Stunning photos and recipes. Not recommended for vegetarians.
