I've seen three variations of this film now, all on how MOSSAD caught Adolf Eichmann in Argentina in 1962. This is probably the best of them because it shows more of what Argentina was like at the time they captured him. This was a place where they had about two hundred Nazis and they controlled the local government so getting Eichmann was no small feat.
Still, there were parts that were a little too graphic for me.

This film has moved me so much, I find it impossible to express my feelings. So, I will thank EPL for having it for us and I thank all the viewers here who have expressed their thoughts so eloquently.

Intense but good

Since I was unfamiliar with the story about the operation to capture Eichman, I found it extremely interesting. The direction, acting, casting, cinematography, sets and pace were top notch. And while we always expect Kingsley to deliver, the cast of this movie is equal to if not better. Highly recommended for those who appreciate the art of film making

Interesting and engaging film. They were able to create enough suspense to keep you wondering what was going to happen next. Unfortunately the editing allows the pace to be a bit too slow (run time over 2 hours) and the film suffers for it. There are some very dynamic performances from some top notch actors in this film. I honestly think I could watch Oscar Isaac perform the phone book. Ben Kingsley succeeds in both the quiet moments and the brutal moments of his character. The tension of the 'caper' is carried well with the tension within the Jewish characters as they try to set aside their abhorrence for Eichmann and not sink to his level. While you feel all this, it was not at the level I thought it deserved and I attribute that to the editing and pacing of the film overall. I gave it 3.5 stars because it is well done overall, but these issues kept it from being the caliber of film I think it could have been.

I really enjoyed this film. I am old enough that I actually remember watching Eichmann’s trial on a black and white tv! But I don’t think Iever really knew the complete story of the capture, so I enjoyed learning more about that. Acting was superb - Kingsley was a chilling Eichmann, which was probably very accurate! Some historical photos and film footage. As someone else commented, I too enjoyed the scenes where the physiology of the captors/captee were shown. Very well done!

Good movie I guess given that everyone knows how it ends. For some reason, it was just kind of odd. Not sure if it was the acting or the production itself. Also, the way the story was told made it kind of hard to follow at times, but, we are old so maybe that was it.

It was NOT thrilling but I will watch anything the Ben Kingsley does and he of course did not disappoint - jaw dropping to know this was happening in the 60’s I liked the film ok

Started well, but we fast forwarded a lot towards the end. It was ok.
