Michelle lives everyday battling with DNA Hackers who use their skills to hack into people's bodies and kill them. As an assassin, she battles her past demons and tries to keep her younger and extroverted brother, Jackie, out of trouble. When Jackie gets involved in a petty crime of robbery, he propels himself into the world of DNA Hackers, Loan Sharks and Gang Fights. Wanting the respect that the world has never given to him only makes it harder for Jackie to peel himself away from the underground trades, against the hopes of his sister, Michelle. Michelle always wanted to leave the city and lead a calm and quiet lifestyle. As emotions and gunfire get into the way, Michelle and Jackie soon find themselves battling between their lives and finding out that in an immoral world, love can still survive.

This movie spent 3+ years in production with hold ups for budget and effects delays and in a lot of ways it shows. The plot is largely forgettable and the CG effects do not hold up as it seems they went for quantity of effect shots over quality. It serves mostly as a love letter to the industrial/ebm community with the majority of the quality and budget going to excellent set designs and securing the involvement of Combichrist on the soundtrack (and subsequent music video for "Get Your Body Beat" featuring clips from the film).

If you really like near-future dystopias, industrial music/fashion, and are able to deal with some unnecessary bad CG effects then it may be worth a watch.

Other than seeing Bai Ling naked there is nothing to recommend this movie. A better title would be Total Futuristic Nonsense.
