Not a bio but a sketch of Eddie. Mr. Ross has a good writing style but content of the book is "thin."

The book is padded with writing that has little or nothing to do with Rickenbacker.

If one is looking for a biography look elsewhere.

You can't imagine how lucky a person can be until you read this book. I found it hard to put down - Ross weaves the incredible life of Rickenbacker into the larger story of that golden age of technology. Compulsively fascinating.
