Grabbed me,as I hoped it would
I usually avoid mysteries, because I may be the world's worst 'armchair detective'! However, as an avid fan of Amish fiction, the synopsis of this trilogy just sounded too intriguing to pass up.I had never read anything by this author and I must say that I am very impressed with her writing skill.

She was able to grab and hold my interest intensely throughout all three books, and I had a wonderful time reading my library's copies. I am anxious to read more by her.

I loved the characters and the mystery and romance of their stories. A very engaging series that I recommend highly.

Shelley Shepard Gray has begun a new Amish series with a mystery romance theme. This blends Amish and modern world views.
