This might be a difficult workout for someone who isn't familiar with following dance steps as the instruction is pretty quick. (I found the freestyle impossible to keep up with). It does provide a good leg workout, though. There are four routines plus a bonus freestyle that are ten minutes each. These plus the five minute warm up and cool down gives you as much as 60 minutes of workout time or as little as ten minutes if you only follow one routine.
