Each Wednesday in May we'll be discussing mindfulness with guest presenter, Laura Hallett.

May 3: Intro to Mindfulness

Practicing mindfulness can benefit your health and well-being. Learn how you can build mindfulness into your everyday life.

May 10: Mindfulness For Reducing the Stress of Life

Stress in life happens when we focus on the future or worry about the past. Mindfulness meditations are practices that involve maintaining attention or awareness of what is happening in the present moment.

May 17: Mindfulness for Reducing Pain

Practicing mindfulness has been proven to help alleviate chronic pain. Learn some easy practices that can help you cope with pain.

May 24: Mindfulness While Eating and Exercising

Practicing mindfulness while eating and exercising can help you lose weight and improve your overall health.

May 31: Mindfulness and Compassion for Ourselves and Others

Mindfulness practices of compassion for ourselves and others helps us move through the challenging situations in life.
