Come celebrate the first federally-recognized Juneteenth holiday with a glorious afternoon filled with celebratory music, heartfelt poetry and one-of-a-kind storytelling designed to celebrate, educate and elevate the mind and the soul. Through both song and spoken word, participants will learn about the history of Juneteenth, the official end of slavery, and the beginning of the struggle for freedom and equality in America.
