External Online Event: Estate Planning for Health Care, Finances and More During a Pandemic

10:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Description

Consumer Action presents Estate Planning for Health Care, Finances and More During a Pandemic webinar

The COVID-19 crisis has brought a keen awareness of our own mortality.  Regardless of your age or health status, the pandemic has highlighted the importance of estate planning.  Now is the time to make sure you have clearly documented your wishes for distribution of your assets and personal property; for your medical care in the event that you're incapacitated; and for the disposition of your final remains.  Not many people want to contemplate their death, but COVID-19 has reminded us that it's important for everyone- young or old, sick or healthy- to think these things through.  This free webinar from Consumer Action will be led by David Godfrey, a senior attorney to the American Bar Association Commission on Law and Aging.
